IP Forwarding - Bagaimana membuat Windows XP sebagai Router

Configure all the computers in network B with following information. Konfigurasikan semua komputer di jaringan B dengan informasi berikut.

Ok.. Ok .. Now it's the time to configure IP forwarding on that router… Sekarang saatnya untuk mengkonfigurasi IP forwarding pada router ...

1) Go to Start and click Run… , then type in regedit to run registry editor. 1) Go to Start dan klik Run ..., kemudian ketik regedit untuk menjalankan registry editor.

Right click IPEnableRouter registry object, and click Modify . IPEnableRouter registri klik kanan objek, dan klik Ubah.

Note : Be extra careful when you deal with registry editor, wrong editing will crash you Windows OS. Catatan: Jadilah ekstra hati-hati ketika anda berurusan dengan registry editor, salah mengedit akan crash Anda Windows OS.

3) The IPEnableRouter window will appear. 3) The IPEnableRouter window akan muncul. Type 1 as Value data and click OK . Tipe 1 sebagai Value data dan klik OK.

4) Close the regisrty editor and reboot the computer. 4) Tutup regisrty editor dan reboot komputer. After rebooting, all the computers should be able to access Internet and also share the file/printer between network A and B. Setelah reboot, semua komputer harus dapat mengakses internet dan juga berbagi file / printer antara jaringan A dan B.

Note : When I did the test, IP forwarding will only work after rebooting the computer. Catatan: Ketika saya melakukan tes, IP forwarding hanya akan bekerja setelah reboot komputer. So don't forget to do it. Jadi jangan lupa untuk melakukannya.
